I grew up believing that communication isn't just about words - it's the foundation of every relationship, every connection, every life well lived
Growing up in South Africa, I saw early on how powerfully communication shapes a person's world and what happens when it breaks down. Those childhood experiences gave me a deep, personal conviction: that when people truly understand each other, everything changes.
That conviction never left me. It's why I became a Speech and Language Therapist. And it's why, 30 years later, I'm still doing this work - because I've seen over and over again, the extraordinary difference it makes when a neurodivergent person finally understands how their own mind works.
MY STORY
My career's always been rooted in communication and human connection. As a registered Speech and Language Therapist with a Master's Degree in Human Communication, I've worked in education, healthcare and business building a breadth of experience that shapes everything I do today.
It was in working with autistic and ADHD individuals that I found my true calling. I could clearly see how different processing styles can lead to misunderstandings, pain and a sense of never quite fitting in.
That understanding deepened further through my own experiences of neurodivergent family members where I learned what neurodivergence actually looks like in daily life.
Over time, I wove coaching and therapy together to give clients a wholistic experience - one that allows for processing, healing, practical tools and a clear tailored plan.
I don't believe in fixing people. I believe in helping people understand themseleves and then giving them the tools to build something brilliant.
HOW I WORK
Every person I work with is different. But my approach follows a consistent path - one that moves from understanding to genuine, lasting change.
Before anything else, we work out how your brain processes the world - your patterns, strengths and the things that have been making life harder.
This is where things suddenly start to make sense.
Clients often tell me they feel able to say things in our sessions they've never said out loud before.
That safety is the foundation on which we build everything.
You need real strategies you can use on Monday morning.
In our sessions, we explore concrete tools you can take away and apply to your life.
