Finally understand how your brain actually works

Let's find your route.

Therapy and coaching for autistic & ADHD people

who are done with one-size-fits-all advice

and ready for a life that actually fits

You're not lost or broken, you just need the right route

You're smart, capable and ... exhausted

Life often feels harder than it should. Does any of this sound familiar?

Always overwhelmed

Simple tasks take enormous energy. You can't understand why life feels so hard.

Confused about your self

Relationships, work, emotions - nothing quite makes sense. You feel like you're missing something others have.

Struggling to fit in

Masking is exhausting. You wonder why social situations that seem so easy for others feel so draining.

No clear direction

You know you want something better but you can't see the path forward or where to start.

A journey of three steps

Clear, calm, at your pace - no pressure, no overwhelm

  1. Understand your wiring

We start by filling in the blanks. Together we explore how your brain processes the world - the patterns, the strengths and the gaps.

  2. Discover what helps you

You get a clear, personalised strategy. Not generic advice - real tools designed around how you think, feel and function best.

  3. Design a life that works for you

With clarity and confidence, you take practical steps toward the life you actually want - relationships, work or studies and wellbeing.

Hi I'm Linda

I'm a registered Speech and Language Therapist and neurodivergent specialist with a Master's in Human Communication and over 30 years of experience. I work with autistic and ADHD adults, teens and families who are ready to stop struggling and start understanding - themselves, each other and the life they actually want to build.

Growing up in South Africa gave me a deep belief in the power of communication to change lives. Having neurodivergent family members gave me something just as valuable - a real, lived understanding of what daily life actually feels like.

I offer therapy, coaching, assessments and training for individuals, families and organisations - all built around one goal - to help you fill the blanks, join the dots and design a life that works for the brain you have.
