SUMMER 2026 • ENROLLING NOW
A 6-week summer prgram for autistic and ADHD students preparing for university
University is a huge step for any young person and for neurodivergent students, the loss of home structure, school support and ready-made friendships can make the first term genuinely overwhelming.
Ready for Uni is designed to change that!
Covering the practical basics of how to set up new routines and ensure that your workflow is organised from the get go.
Putting strategies in place early on to help you recognise, reduce and manage overwhelm and stress.
Strategies for building new friendships and learning to advocate for yourself.
90 minutes each, online via Zoom
6-10 students only, so every voice is heard
Finishing before universities start
Students leave with real tools, not theory
Add-on sessions available for parents - see below
Students leave with resources they can use
A genuine sense that they can do this - backed by real preparation, not blind hope.
Routines, planning tools and strategies thath work for neurodivergent brains.
Knowing what they need and what's available at university.
Other students who get it - often the first peers they've met who understand at a personal level.
For parents - an optional add on
Many parents tell me they'd like to support their young person well without overstepping or losing touch. The optional parent add-on includes a 60 minute check-in session where I will answer your questions and help you support your young person through the transition.
Program: £395
With parent add-on: £495

No. The program is open to autistic and ADHD students whether formally diagnosed, self-identifying or still exploring.
All sessions are recorded and shared with the group. No-one falls behind for missing one.
The group is deliberately small and gently structured. Cameras on or off - your choice. Many students who are wary of groups find this format easier than expected - partly because everybody shares the same way of experiencing the world.
Yes, payment in full or two payments to spread the cost.
Enrollment closes in the first week of July or sooner if the group fills.
Places are limited to 10 students per group and enrolment close early July. If you'd like to talk it through before booking, the free Turning Point Call is available.

Building practical tools that work with how you're wired and learning to design a life that works with who you are.
Meeting others who understand and share similar experiences and perspectives.
