Autism and ADHD Assessments
Gold standard diagnostic assessments for adults and children delivered by experienced clinicians who genuinely care about getting it right
Everyone arrives with their own reasons. These are the ones we hear most often.
"I've always known something was different."
Life has felt harder than it seemed for others and after years of wondering why, you're ready to find out why.
"I need an explanation for my challenges."
The labels you've been given - anxiety, highly sensitive person, "just a bit too much" - never captured the full picture. You want clarity once and for all.
"Some things feel disproportionately difficult."
Social situations, sensory experiences, focus, organisation - they take energy from you that doesn't seem to happen to others and you'd like to know why.
"I want to support someone I love."
You're seeking an assessment for your child, partner or family member - wanting answers that will open doors to the right help.
It's far more than a label.
A clear explanation for the patterns, challenges and strengths you've experienced your whole life.
A real picture of how your mind works and why things feel the way they do.
Unlocks workplace adjustments, university support, NHS pathways and the right therapeutic help.
Knowing yourself accurately is the foundation for designing a life that geuinely fits.
Thorough, gold standard tools and person-centred at every stage.

This means that we draw on multiple expert perspectives giving you a more wholistic picture of your strengths, challenges and next steps.
We use internationally recognised gold-standard tools in our assessments but we also know that tools are only as good as the people using them.
Our assessments are guided by the clinical judgement of practioners who have a deep understanding of neurodivergence and a breadth of experience to draw on. Our approach is thorough and person centred - you will not be rushed and you'll leave feeling heard and reassured.

Background interviews and feedback sessions are usually online; clinical autism assessments are usually in person although we can accommodate online assessments for adults. In person assessments take place in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire.
That's also a valuable outcome. A thorough assessment gives clarity either way and we will always point you to an alternative resource if there is another explanation that fits better.
