No. Many people work with me before, during or long after a formal assessment or without ever pursuing one. What matters is that we focus on what you actually need.
Both, woven together. Some sessions focus on processing the past; others on building forward. We'll always lead with what feels right for you.
Online, via Zoom. Sessions are 60 minutes long. Most people book weekly or fortnightly, but we'll find a rhythm that suits you.
