TRAINING AND WORKPLACE SUPPORT

Build a workplace where neurodivergent minds genuinely thrive

Practical evidence-based neurodiversity training for employers, HR teams, leaders and educators - delivered by a clinican who has spent thirty years helping neurodivergent people succeed.

15-20%

of your workforce is neurodivergent - whether they've disclosed it or not. Many haven't because it doesn't feel safe to do so.

The cost of getting this wrong is bigger than most organisations realise

Talent walks quietly out the door

Two thirds of neurodivergent employees don't disclose their neurodivergence at work. Many leave because they're exhaused from masking, not because they couldn't do the job.

Misunderstandings cost more than money

Communication mismatches between neuodivergent and neurotypical colleagues quietly drain team morale, productivity and trust (and they're usually preventable).

Good intentions aren't enough

Most managers genuinely want to support their team well. But without practical knowledge of how neurodivergent minds work, even the best intentions can miss the mark.

Legal Obligations are sharpening

Reasonable adjustments aren't optional under UK equality law. Organisations that take neurodiversity seriously now are protecting themselves and unlocking their most innovative thinkers.

What changes when you invest in this

Real shifts organisations consistently report after neurodiversity support.

More disclosure, more trust

When people feel safe being themselves at work, they bring more engagement, creativity, loyalty and productivity.

Better managers, fewer surprises

Managers leave knowing what to look for, how to ask the right questions and how to support confidently.

Adjustments that actually work

Specific, low-cost, evidence-based adjustments your organisation can implement immediately.

A team that performs differently.

Pattern recognition, deep focus, systems thinking, creative problem solving - unlocked when the environment lets it happen.

What we cover in training

The exact content adapts to your audience and goals - here's the foundation every program builds from.

Understanding

What neurodivergence actually is (and isn't), how autistic and ADHD minds process the world differently - the strengths these differences bring and where the challenges lie.

Strategy

Practical tools for managers and teams. How to communicate well across neurotypes, design inclusive meetings, structure tasks, run better 1:1s and know what to do when things aren't working.

Design

Workplace adjustments that move the needle: sensory environments, communication norms, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews - the changes that signal genuine inclusion.

Questions organisations often ask

Is training delivered online or in person?

Both. Online suits distributed teams and is generally more cost-effective. In-person works particularly well for full-day workshops and senior leadership sessions.

Can training be tailored to our sector or specific challenges?

Yes and it should be. Generic training works less well than training shaped around your industry and existing context. The enquiry call and follow-up specification brief is where we will work out what would help most.

How quickly can you deliver training?

TYpically 4-6 weeks from initial enquiry to delivery, depending on complexity and customisation. Urgent timelines can sometimes be accommodated.

Do you offer ongoing support after training?

Yes, many organisations book follow-up consultancy quarterly check-ins, manager or employee support sessions as well as rolling advisory support.

Are sessions interactive or lecture style?

Sessions are highly interactive and depending on the option selected, include case examples, group exercises and time for your team to ask questions.

What's included in the price?

Preparation, delivery and basic post-session materials. Travel and significant bespoke development are quoted separately after the enquiry call.

Ready to build a workplace where neurodivergent minds thrive?

Every organisation comes with a different starting point and different goals. The enquiry call is where we understand yours - what's prompting this, who needs the training and what success would look like.
